On March 8th, BP Global Rotating Equipment Procurement Manager Mr. Sam Anderson, BP Asia Procurement Manager Mr. John Somich and BP International Procurement Supplier Quality Manager Mr. Reynold Yang visited Sulzer (Dalian).
At about 11:30am, the Production Manager Wenjie, Xu, the HR Manager Mei, Wang, the Quality Assurance Manager Fanjun, Kong and other people in SPCN met with the BP guests in the meeting room. At first, Ms Mei, Wang representing SPCN began by welcoming BP and made a brief introduction of SPCN’s history and development. Mr. Sam Anderson made BP’s presentation as well which included issues of its market distribution in refinery and petrochemical in China, the project operating status and the rotating equipment procurement. Both sides have much confidence in the future cooperation. After lunch, the Production Manager Wenjie, Xu led the guests to observe the factory.
BP (China) is the leading LPG enterprise in China which is also the only foreign company participating in the China Aviation Fuel business. With the increase of its projects in Refinery and Petrochemical area, the investment in the procurement for pumps must be increased on a large scale. |
