It is about three months since Sulzer (Dalian) became wholly owned entity. Sulzer Pump Shanghai Technical Service Center held an opening ceremony on March 9, 2007.
The establishment of Shanghai Technical Service Center is an important step to achieve Sulzer global service strategy. From last year the Sulzer group has started to implement the “Ahead CSS” project. Building new service centers worldwide is an important part of this project. Since the start of the project, Sulzer has built up four new service centers; and Shanghai Technical Service Center is one of them. As a branch of Sulzer (Dalian), Technical Service Center is responsible for repair service and selling spare parts. As a result, Shanghai Technical Service Center is able to provide a great service platform for Chinese customers.
As the vitality of China’s market economy is realized by more and more people, Sulzer will continue to serve this market and we hope we can make our contribution to China’s development. |
